Parking Kiosk Redesign - Project Overview
For our parking kiosk redesign project, we were tasked with creating concepts that made our local parking kiosks more usable and functional and that made them fit a specific theme. Our theme was the Carnegie Institute of Technology, and our initial assessment of our local parking kiosks found that they were not very ergonomic, especially for those with disabilities needing a wheelchair. As such, our redesigns took into account this need and incorporated a more high-tech look using the logo from the Mechanical Engineering department of the Carnegie Institute of Technology.
